Questions schools ask
Do we need to install anything?
No. EduNexus runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Teachers can even mark attendance without internet — it syncs when the connection is back.
Does it work for JHS and SHS?
Yes. It supports basic schools (KG to JHS) and senior high schools, with GES grading, aggregates, class positions and report cards for each level.
How do parents get information?
Parents get SMS when their child is absent and when results are ready, and can log in to the parent portal to see results, fees and attendance.
Can we bring our students in from Excel?
Yes. You can admit a whole class from an Excel sheet, and each student gets a portal login automatically.
How do we pay?
You pay per term by Mobile Money or bank. Pay for 2 or 3 terms at once and you get a discount. SMS credits are bought separately.
Can we try it first?
Yes — your school can use EduNexus free for its first full term, with every feature switched on. If you join near the end of a term, the free trial also covers the next term. Then you choose the package that fits.
